What are the HyperX Price Match and Price Protection Policies?

If the product you’ve bought from the HyperX Shop (https://hyperx.com) drops in price within 21 days of placing your order, we’ll refund the difference. Let us know by following the steps below and the difference will be sent to the original payment method used 3 to 5 working days after your request has been processed.

HyperX Price Guarantee Restrictions

  1. Reduction in price must occur no more than 21 days from (and including) the date an order is placed on HyperX Shop (https://hyperx.com). For example, if an order is placed on 1 January, the price reduction must occur on or before 21 January (i.e. no later than 21 January).
  2. Does not apply to price reductions that occurred before the date an order is placed.
  3. Applies to identical part numbers only.
  4. Does not apply to:
    • Out of stock products
    • Delivery charges
    • Marketplace sellers, for example Amazon, eBay etc.
    • Pricing errors
    • Third party promotions
    • Bundle Promotions
